These terms apply to the background music distributed on this site (the “Tracks”). By downloading a Track, you agree to these terms. The Japanese version (利用規約) is the official text; this English page is provided for convenience.

You may

• Use the Tracks for free, as an individual or a business.
• Use them commercially — in monetized videos, live streams, ads, games, apps, shop background music, events, podcasts and more.
• Credit is optional. If you do credit us, “Music: Free BGM Library” with a link to this site is appreciated.
• Edit the Tracks to fit your work: trim, loop, fade, change volume or tempo, combine with sound effects, etc.
• No need to report your use.

You may not

• Redistribute or sell the Tracks themselves, or lightly edited versions, as music assets or sound files (including sample packs, music collections, or uploading them to other asset sites).
• Present a Track as your own composition, or claim copyright in it.
• Register the Tracks with YouTube Content ID or any other rights-management service, or with music distribution services. Doing so can cause claims against other people who use the same Track.
• Release or sell songs whose main content is a Track on streaming services, CDs, etc.
• Use the Tracks in works that break the law or public order, defame others, or promote discrimination.

About AI-generated music

The Tracks were generated with the paid plan of the AI music service Suno. AI-generated music may not be protected by copyright under the law, so we may be unable to stop third parties from using the same or similar tracks.

Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for any trouble or damage arising from the use of the Tracks.
• On video platforms, an automated rights claim may occasionally appear. If that happens, send us the URL of the track page you downloaded from and we will help confirm your permission to use it.
• We may stop publishing Tracks without notice. Tracks downloaded before that can still be used under these terms.
• These terms may change without notice. Changes apply from the time they are posted on this page.
